Cancellation and Refund Policy  

Coach Rufio reserves the right to terminate any Services for any reason at any time, including the ending of services that are already underway, subject to the terms in a signed Coaching Contract. If any payment processing request is rejected at any time for any reason, the Services shall be immediately terminated and you will be notified of the termination within ten (10) business days thereafter. 

Digital Workout Programs are non-refundable. Our Personalized Coaching services may only be cancelled subject to the terms in a signed Coaching Contract. No refunds shall be offered where a Service is deemed to have been completed by Coach Rufio in its sole discretion. Refunds may also be available on a case-by-case basis at Coach Rufio's sole discretion by contacting me risingspiritfitness@icloud.com
